# Guarita Restaurant

 
### At Guarita, the flavors of Alto Alentejo are carefully crafted over time. Technique and respect for origin.

The concept of "Guarita" was born from the desire to sustainably explore the region's products and ingredients while maintaining tradition – olive oil, sausages, cheeses, herbs, vegetables, and local meats. The goal is to respect the territory's identity while exploring its potential through advanced techniques.

 The goal is for the customer to sit at the table and find an experience that goes beyond their expectations and is difficult to replicate – it's a unique, high-quality gastronomic offering! Book a table and complete your stay with a regional gastronomic experience.

**Lunch is served from 12:30 PM to 2:00 PM and dinner from 7:00 PM to 8:30 PM (same-day dinner reservations must be made by 5:00 PM). Closed on Wednesdays.**

**Guardhouse** Much of the work in the kitchen involves processes of time and transformation, such as fermentation, maturation, and curing, which allow for the deepening of the natural flavors of the ingredients.
